Bio

Mr. Love advises and represents companies and individuals in business litigation, employment, personal injury, and collection related matters in both state and federal court. His practice encompasses a wide variety of business and employment-related disputes involving many different industries, including complex commercial litigation, defense of class actions and mass actions, trade secret litigation, wage & hour disputes, misclassification cases, discrimination and harassment allegations, as well as wrongful termination and whistleblower complaints.  Mr. Love also specializes in personal injury and judgment recovery/collection matters.

 Mr. Love has successfully tried cases before judges and juries. He also teaches “The Art of Trial Law” at the University of California, Irvine. Before founding Love Law, P.C., he worked as a litigation associate at Vedder Price (CA), LLP and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, LLP. 

 Mr. Love is a trial-ready litigator who knows how to resolve all forms disputes efficiently and effectively. .
